May 10, 2008 - Fiction Writing Workshop
- Fiction Writing with Nancy Means Wright and Jim DeFilippi. Ilsley Library, Middlebury Read, discuss, and revise your work-in-progress -- all
fiction genres welcome! Nancy will read samples of works ahead of time for in
depth discussion. The class will do some on-site practice writing, too. Bring
several copies of your sample selection to share with other members of the
workshop.

- Writers Meet Agents Event, in Burlington on the campus of Champlain College. Writers and Agents will spend the day in round-table sessions and one-on-one meetings, discussing book ideas and proposals. Don't miss this opportunity to
